Basic LensComfort Ultrasonic Storage Unit Warranty:

The LensComfort Cleaning, Disinfecting & Storage Unit comes with a 60-day limited warranty against faulty materials and workmanship. This Warranty does not include damage to the product resulting from accident, misuse, submersion or improper operation. To continue Warranty coverage after the 60 day warranty period, you must purchase either a 4-pack or 8-pack of LensComfort MultiPurpose Solution and the Basic Warranty will be extended for 90 days or 180 days respectively from the date of your solution purchase.

Extended Warranty:

The LensComfort Extended Warranty is based on uninterrupted purchases of LensComfort MultiPurpose Solution from Best Health or one of its authorized representatives.  Your warranty will be extended automatically each time you purchase solutions.  Your warranty extension will be for either 90 days or 180 days based on whether you purchase a 4 pack or 8 pack of solutions, respectively, of LensComfort MultiPurpose Solution.

To maintain your warranty beyond the initial 60 period:

1.  Complete and submit your LensComfort registration card by mail, or fax within 30 days of purchase. If you have ordered from this website, use the registration card link and submit online.

2.  Purchase LensComfort MultiPurpose Solutions from Best Health, Inc. on a continuing basis

3.  Use only LensComfort MultiPurpose Solution in your LensComfort Cleaning, Disinfection & Storage Unit. 

If the LensComfort Cleaning, Disinfection & Storage Unit should become defective within the Warranty period, it will be repaired or replaced, free of charge, at the company's option. The consumer's sole remedy shall be such repair or replacement as is expressly provided above, and the Company shall in no event be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use this product for any purpose whatsoever. Some states or provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This Warranty gives you specific rights. You may also have other rights.

Refund Policy

The Company will only issue a refund for a LensComfort Cleaning, Disinfection & Storage Unit that has been returned to the service facility accompanied by a return authorization number.  Call 1-800-723-7736 between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM Eastern time Monday through Friday and ask for the service manager. A refund will be given for any reason if the Unit is returned within 30 days of the original purchase. The refund will be credited to the customer’s credit card. There will be no cash refunds. If the return occurs while the initial 60-day warranty is in effect or during any extended warranty that the Unit might be eligible for the Unit will be repaired or replaced at the Company’s discretion. 

Each returned Unit will be inspected.  If the Unit has been damaged due to misuse or submersion a refund will not be granted.  The customer will be so notified by either mail or email. The Unit must be returned in the original shipping box. There will be no refunds on any solutions returned that are not unopened and sealed in their original box and that are not more than three months from expiration.

 

Return Policy

The Company will accept returns of contact lenses solutions that have not been opened. The return date cannot be three (3) months from the expiration date imprinted on the box. If the outer solution box has been damaged, shows any signs of tampering or has stains of any kind then the Company will not accept the return.

The customer must call the Best Health service line at 1.800.723.7736 and get an authorization number from the customer service manager. This number is to be clearly written on the outside of the shipping box in which the packaged bottles are to be returned to our facility. Please send the return to Best Health, Inc., C/O Maro, 1246 Hayes Blvd., Bristol, PA 19007.

The same procedure will be used for returns of Units. Each Unit shall be returned with an authorization number along with accessories that accompanied the Unit including the wall transformer.

The Company will not accept C.O.D. packages and will refuse such deliveries. Once accepted into the Company’s return system the customer will be notified by email or mail.
